Book a Telehealth Session
New clients begin with an initial telehealth assessment — time to understand your history, your body and what you want to change.
Before you book, it helps to know
- All sessions are delivered online by telehealth, Australia-wide — there are no in-person appointments.
- New clients start with an initial assessment; session lengths and fees are being confirmed and will be shown here before launch.
- You'll need a device with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a private space to move and talk freely.
- You don't need a referral or a diagnosis to book privately.
- Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome — funding details are confirmed individually before we begin.
What you'll have after booking
- A confirmation with your appointment time and joining details
- A short health screening / registration step, handled by the booking platform
- A private virtual waiting room to join on the day
- Anything you have on hand — referrals, imaging, test results — is helpful, but not essential

Booking confirmation
You choose a time in the practice's booking system and receive a confirmation.

Required screening & registration
The booking platform sends the required intake and health screening form to complete before your session.

Your appointment & waiting room
On the day, you join a private virtual waiting room until Emily connects your session.

After your session, an optional "Getting to Know Your Nervous System" form may be shared — clearly separate from the required registration, and only if you want it.
Timings, reminders and what happens if a step is missed are still to be designed with the booking platform. Nothing is automated in this demo.
