When your body has said no — and the usual things haven't quite worked.
I'm an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist offering telehealth care for people whose pain, tension or fatigue hasn't settled with the usual treatments — physio, massage, medication, or time. If you're still looking for someone who takes the whole picture seriously, you're in the right place.
Is this for you?
You don't need a diagnosis, and you don't need to already understand the nervous system to be in the right place. This work may be relevant if:
- You've had persistent pain, tension or symptoms that keep coming back, even after treatment.
- You've tried several things — physio, massage, medication — without lasting relief.
- You've been told your scans are normal, or that it's "just stress".
- You're moving through a big life transition and your body is feeling it too.
- You want to understand what's actually going on, not just manage symptoms as they come up.
If none of that quite fits, that's okay too — you're welcome to take the self-check concept or read more about who I work with.
Two ways we can work together
Integrative Physiotherapy — Telehealth
What it is
One-to-one telehealth physiotherapy sessions that combine physical assessment with body-based nervous system tools — practical strategies you can actually use in daily life.
Who it may be for
People with persistent pain, tension or physical symptoms that haven't resolved with previous treatment, or who want physiotherapy that looks at the whole picture rather than just the sore area.
What to expect
- An initial assessment that includes your movement, your symptoms and your nervous system history.
- Ongoing sessions focused on building capacity and regulation, at your own pace.
- Practical tools you can use between sessions — in daily life, work and relationships.
How this works over telehealth
You don't need to be in the room for body-based work to happen. Sessions are guided — you're talked through movement, breath and awareness in your own space, with the same attention to what's actually going on in your body.
Why this approach
Working with the body directly — posture, breath, movement — can help an overwhelmed nervous system feel safer, often before you need to put everything into words. Counselling-informed support is woven into this same work, so the conversation and the body are treated as one picture rather than two separate appointments.
What you may work towards
More ease and confidence in your body, a clearer understanding of what's influencing your symptoms, and practical tools to draw on outside of sessions. Everyone's pace is different, and change isn't always a straight line.
Session options
New clients begin with an initial assessment; after that, sessions are paced around what's manageable for you.
Initial assessment
A full conversation and guided assessment — your history, your symptoms and where you want to get to.
Duration and fee: to be confirmed
Follow-up sessions
Ongoing work at your pace — building capacity, regulation and practical strategies between appointments.
Duration and fee: to be confirmed
Referrals & funding
You don't need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist privately — you're welcome to book directly, any time.
- Private clients — welcome to book directly. Rebate arrangements with health funds are being confirmed and will be described here once verified.
- Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants — welcome; funding details are confirmed individually before we begin.
